What is Stages?
Stages is an anonymous peer support platform for people navigating grief. Members find community through our anonymous peer-to-peer matching algorithm, journal their thoughts, access forums, and utilize curated resources from grief experts.
Stages is for individuals navigating the stages of grief. Whether you've recently experienced a loss or are continuing to process one from years ago, Stages connects you anonymously with others who have walked a similar path. Talking with someone who has lived the same kind of loss can offer something therapy and well-meaning friends often cannot: the catharsis of being truly understood.
Important: Stages is not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you are in crisis, please contact 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
